Supporting healthcare providers through grief with compassion and expertise.

I have spent more than two decades working as an oncology nurse, walking alongside patients, families, and colleagues through illness, loss, and profound moments of change. Over time, I came to recognize how deeply grief lives within healthcare - and how rarely those who provide care are given the space or tools to process it.
This experience, coupled with my Master of Science in Thanatology degree, has inspired and prepared me to meet this need. My work focuses on supporting healthcare professionals as they navigate cumulative loss, moral distress, and the emotional weight that often comes with caring deeply.
Through education, facilitated reflection, and grief-informed support, I help individuals and teams build awareness, language, and sustainable practices around grief. My approach is practical, compassionate, and grounded in real clinical experience - not theory alone.
I work with nurses, healthcare providers, and organizations who want to acknowledge grief as a natural part of care and create healthier, more resilient workplaces.
Grief does not mean weakness.
When it is recognized and supported, it can become a source of meaning, connection, and longevity in caregiving.
